Whether it feels like it or not, we have officially entered Spring and are eagerly anticipating warmer brighter days!

As always, there has been a lot happening at Leeder House. We are excited to announce that all our office spaces are once again filled, which means we are a full house! 🍾

As Leederville continues to develop and grow, we have been trying out lots of new (and some rediscovered) venues for our social club. Some of our top recommendations are:

Servo: A vast new venue that poses as an excellent spot for after-work drinks on a Friday afternoon.
Tagine Tapas and Grill: A great addition to the Oxford Street strip, we would highly recommend if you enjoy Moroccan food, delightfully tasty and a great lunch-stop!
Duende: Without a doubt, these guys serve up the best charcuterie in all of Leederville and possibly even Perth!

Office Sweeps

LH residents have participated in several in-house sweeps over the last few months, such as the Bachelor and the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final (props to Optus stadium for hosting an absolute cracker event).

Congratulations to our winners Dennielle, Karys, and Bailee for taking home the prizes. Keep your eyes peeled for more upcoming competitions.

Happy Birthday!

A massive happy birthday to Leeder House residents Reece and Olivia, who have recently celebrated their special days. Also, a special mention to Harby Studios, as the company will be celebrating their 6^th birthday in late October.

Leeder House welcomes new residents Claire and Stuart, co-founders of software company Appbot. It’s been a pleasure getting to know them both, as well as other members of their team who pop in sporadically.

As always, we will be celebrating Melbourne Cup in November. This year we are planning a casual in-house brunch for residents and members, complete with a grazing table, sparkling and sweepstakes… definitely something to look forward to!
