It's that time of year again - end of the financial year! 😭😅

While somewhat stressful for many business owners, and we certainly feel some pain points too, getting everything checked and balanced, reviewed and ultimately improved for the new financial year is exciting too! That might just be the geeky-ness in us coming out ... 🤓

Although it's an incredibly busy time, it can also be so rewarding to see how you really checked out with your budget (you do have a budget right!?!). It's a great time to set new goals, challenge yourself and dream big. See our tips below to assist you through some of the review and planning processes. 👇🏻

June was crazy busy again for Leeder House and the start of July is proving to be the same. Meeting room bookings are going through the roof (13 bookings in June!!!) as businesses around most of Australia get back into the swing of it. Many, many meetings also mean lots and lots of cleaning to safely prepare our meeting room for all our wonderful guests - we have you covered in the safety department - plus lots of hand sanitiser strategically placed around the building!

Another BIG thing at Leeder House - it's our 2nd birthday this month! 🎈🙉🎂 Business is a tough game, and we've learnt over the past few years it takes mad negotiating skills, hard work and consistent dedication - but the results are worth it! 💯Celebrating two years 🎉 we've reflected on the day we moved in and began designing the spaces to where we are today - a great team, brilliant permanent residents and coworkers with a ton of regular customers, almost always at capacity, and loving what we do. Holy moly it's been one hell of a ride with a big side serve of fun, we've learnt so much along the way about coworking, networking, entertaining and how to make the workplace fun! 😉

Making connections, collaborating and knowledge sharing is what we're all about! 👏🏻

This month we have welcomed a new business to our crew (read more further down!) which means we only have ONE private office left! 🙀

Joining five other friendly, brilliant and diverse businesses in the building, this private office comfortably seats two people, is in the front half of the building and includes;

This month we welcomed Troy and Melan from Irrigation Design Services to the Leeder House family. 😍

Working on some pretty massive irrigation jobs around Australia, it's awesome to have another diverse business in our space.

These guys are a wonderful addition to our crew and we had a LH residents welcome drink (or two!) with them last week at one our local establishments 🍸another diverse business kicking goals.

Our very own Abbey celebrates her birthday this month. 😍💖 Plus it's our second birthday - but we already shouted out about that from the rooftop earlier didn't we!
